This dock fills the gap nicely - Apple tree should actually consider doing a deal with LandingZone to take this to the adjacent level. The only negative experience so far was when I pulled a USB key out of the left side of the dock, the dock came away from the MacBook Air - there really needs to be a manner to lock the Air in the dock until you really desire to remove information technology, without needing to use a kensington locking device. Otherwise, a keen convenient manner to dock into my desktop at the part!

Practiced, but not quite perfect

I've been using the LandingZone with my Macbook Air for a while, and the dock works quite well. There are only two things that I'd change in information technology: 1) Add an audio port in the dock. Now I need to separately connect my speakers to the iii.5mm sound jack. 2) Somehow improve the shape of the dock where the MBA sits, then that the laptop would automatically end upwardly in the right position for docking. As it is, I unremarkably need to conform the position of the laptop before the dock manages to ... well, dock. These two minor annoyances bated, I think the LZ is a great product, and I tin definitely recommend information technology to anyone looking for a dock for their MBA.

Wonderful product.

LandingZone two.0 Pro provides me a swell satisfaction. Wires are definetly properly tidy. The awful wig on my writing desk has simply vanished ! LZ two.0 Pro is like shooting fish in a barrel to install and use. This is a perfectly functional production. Production delivery has been fast, secured, trackable (UPS). Now, it takes me 3 seconds to dock or undock my MBKR11'. Desk cleaning, time saving, what else ?... Cheers. A fully satisfied french customer.

Great product

It looks very sleek. Doesn't feel inexpensive at all. Ok the docking is not as smooth as one would wish, but who cares equally long as you're not docking/undocking 100 times a day. It takes a bit of practice to chief, only after that I wouldn't see it equally an issue anymore. On the other manus, the undocking is surprisingly straightforward/smooth. I am really happy with the product. I recommend information technology.

Great dock, apart from a couple of picayune niggles.

This is a really nicely designed dock that is easy to employ and user-friendly. At that place are simply ii issues I encountered. 1. The spot for the power adapter is tightly moulded and will just take a new (directly) magsafe 2. It won't allow y'all to use the plug from an Apple tree Movie theatre Brandish (the MDP ane, pre-Thunderbolt) fifty-fifty with an adapter. 2. The ethernet driver doesn't work on first install. Yous need to install it, try it, remove the ethernet connection from network connections, then reboot to get it to encounter the continued ethernet cablevision.
